Make Your Own Cards: Relief Printmaking~June 21 & 28

presented by “Hap” Reubens, B.F.A.

Learn the basics of relief printmaking for producing your own note and greeting cards, bookplates, or your own small fine-art edition. Using lino-blocks and woodblocks, you will carve and print your image which you will have been coached to simplify or push to the abstract for this initial project.

Hap has taught printmaking workshops at the Coos Art Museum, the University of Oregon Bookstore, and even on the Smithsonian Institution’s Art Train in Livingston, Montana. She is a long-time illustrator, painter and printmaker and will gladly share her techniques for creating appealing prints.
