What is the Corvallis Art Guild?

Mission and History

Our Mission

It shall be the purpose of the Guild to promote art appreciation and to provide a climate for the expression of art for its members and the community.

The Corvallis Art Guild was founded in 1946 to provide an opportunity for local painters to interact, improve skills and exhibit work. Today over 150 members include both professional and recreational artists working in all fine art media. The common bond of the Guild is enthusiasm for creative expression plus a desire to nurture appreciation for original art in our community. It is to this goal that we invite you to participate.

  1. Dear Friends,
On June 21, 2015 Casa Latinos Unidos de Benton County, a local non-profit that provides services to the Hispanic community in our area, is hosting “Summer Fiesta, Corvalis!.” The event will be held at the Corvallis Central Park from 12:00 until 8:00. We would like to invite local artists to display/sell their work at the festival. As it is a fund-raiser, we are renting the space for $60 per booth. This would be the sole cost to you. We are advertising broadly in the tri-county area and we hope to attract over 1,000 visitors. If you are interested or would like more information please feel free to contact me, Erlinda Gonzales-Berry, at 541 223 5310 or at casa.latinos.unidos@gmail.com I look forward to hearing from you!
