Andrea Heath

While working for my BFA, I experimented with a variety of mediums from steel and plaster, oil paints and photography, pastels, latex molds, to collage and installations. I’ve grown to love working with materials of all kinds in an effort to tell a compelling visual narrative. The medium I choose to work with is most often melted crayon drawings on paper. I’m drawn to the wax, the richness of color and the immediacy of the material.
